As another reviewer wrote, all the issues seem to stem from the local office, which customers cannot contact. at one time, Shred-it provided good service. SAVE YOURSELF THE HEADACHE WITH THIS ONE! We are cancelling our agreement and not paying the erroneous bill and filing a complaint with the state as well. IE- they do not know what credits we were due. I spent 2 hours on the phone with representative **** again today indicating that their systems had changed in 2021 and that my call reference numbers from 2020 were linked to calls in 2021-2 and that they had no records from prior to the systems change. And then again the following month we get an overdue notice and no call back. Each time they indicate they have applied the credits to the account and that a supervisor will call me back. As I see it: They clearly breached this agreement. They're threatening with legal action, and I say: Bring it on! I have loads of communication with proof of service and performance deficiencies. They're quick to bill and remind you are past due, and if you say you want OUT.but before then, complete silence and disregard for a customer basic needs and concerns. I called, emailed many times wanting to talk to someone to see if I should get another bin, or a bigger one, or change the service from 4 to 2 weeks, no one ever got back to me.

Doesn't deserve ONE star! There's no local customer service, you call the phone# and you get random people overseas, barely speak English. Please do not include any other items.Worst experience ever!
